The Kraken Sea

Based on the book by Catherine Tobler, The Kraken Sea is a serialized limited animation series with seven half-hour episodes.

Set in turn of the century San Francisco, where the descendants of the Greek gods of myth live on in the shadows, star-crossed lovers Mae and Jackson are drawn into an epic battle between powerful near immortal witches from ancient lore.

Forced to choose between an irresistible destiny of who they must become, and their young hearts’ desire of who they dream to be, the two teenagers are pulled back and forth between chaos and order in a battle that will determine the fate of every soul in the city.
