Bardel Entertainment Inc. Announces New Executive Members & Company Rebranding
Vancouver, B.C. (April 13, 2016) – Animation company Bardel Entertainment Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of two members to the Executive Team: Justin Gladden, Director of Production and Tina Chow, Director of Development and Strategy. Bardel also undergoes a re-branding to their People and Culture Department (formally HR).
“We are very excited for what 2016 holds in store for Bardel. There’s a vibrant energy in the company right now with the recent changes and new projects in the pipeline,” says Delna Bhesania, CEO and Co-founder of Bardel. “The rebranding of HR to People and Culture was really an organic development from that.”
Tina Chow, Bardel’s new Director of Development and Strategy brings more than 15 years of industry experience holding key roles in animation and delivering over 300 episodes of content including eleven of Mattel’s Monster High Movies, Gemini Award Winning and Emmy nominated series Hot Wheels: Battle Force Five and Nick Jr’s Blaze and The Monster Machines.
Tina will will be working closely with Bardel’s Creative Studio Director and Creative Supervisors to help assess and set-up incoming productions. She will also be heavily involved with the development and management of incoming content for Bardel.
Justin Gladden, Director of Production has a decade of experience keeping productions on target such as Barbie and the twelve Dancing Princesses, Jurassic World, Non-Stop, White House down, Transformers, Max Steel, Spooky Buddies and more.
As Director of Production of Bardel, Justin will supervise and manage artistic and support resources for the Bardel’s ten plus productions. Justin will work intimately with the studio’s Creative Director, Supervisors and Line Producers to ensure productions are properly resourced and are on target with deliverables.
Currently Bardel employees over 650 artists and professionals throughout three state-of-the-art studio locations within beautiful British Columbia with two studios located in Vancouver and one studio located in downtown Kelowna. Bardel provides animation services for a diverse slate of partners including DreamWorks, Nickelodeon, Disney, Warner Bros. and Cartoon Network-Adult Swim.
